1. Service

wingr provides AI-generated suggestions for dating conversations. The suggestions are prompts without any guarantee of success. You are responsible for your own messages and conduct.

2. Fair use

Use wingr respectfully. Harassment, deception about your identity, and content that violates the rights of others or applicable law are prohibited. Do not upload content involving minors. Minimum age: 17.

3. Subscriptions

wingr offers the tiers Free, Premium and Premium Ultra. Paid subscriptions are billed through your App Store account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage and cancel them in your App Store account settings. The Apple standard EULA applies, supplemented by these terms.

4. Liability

wingr is provided “as is”. Liability for AI-generated content or for the outcome of conversations is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
